About the role
- You will help shape the strategy and execution from the field marketing program.
- The ideal candidate has experience running field events at a fast growing B2B SaaS startup.
- Extend the Decagon brand across different event formats including conferences, executive dinners, webinars, product launch events, and more
Responsibilities
- We're building a future where customer experiences are being redefined from support tickets and hold music to faster resolutions, richer conversations, and deeper relationships.
- Own the outcome of the leads generated and driving high ROI of our events
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience planning and executing and hosting sponsored events
- 1-2+ years of field marketing experience with a B2B SaaS / enterprise software startup
- The ability to span events across tradeshows, webinar/virtual, and customer dinners
- Familiarity with sales processes and systems
- The ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
