From inside the farm gate to our dinner plates, Neogen protects the world's food supply.

Manage inbound customer inquiries and initiate outbound calls related to order status, order entry issues, shipment tracking, and account support.
Document customer complaints in the appropriate system and coordinate with internal teams on merchandise, equipment, loaner, inventory, and shipping matters.
Support sales representatives with quotes, order creation, sales campaigns, and appropriate upselling based on product knowledge and customer needs.
Availability to work Monday through Friday during Pacific or Mountain Time business hours, generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to support team collaboration and meeting schedules.
Opportunities to expand product knowledge, support customer success, and contribute to sales and service initiatives.
