About the role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Program Administrator will assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
Will be assisting in shipments and on time delivery.
Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer standards

Maintain continuous customer purchase orders activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Program Administration experience
3 years of experience in a 24/7 Manufacturing Facility with the ability to work some weekends and/or evenings

Advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
Advance skills in data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
Advanced skills in functional/technical areas.
