Responsibilities
- Incremental Value Delivery: Balance long-term strategic AI initiatives with quick wins that deliver immediate business impact for revenue cycle management
- MLOps Excellence: Drive best practices for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models in production environments
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure AI initiatives deliver maximum value
- Through advanced automation, data science, and AI Agents, Adonis helps revenue teams detect vulnerabilities, optimize workflows, and deploy precise solutions that drive reliable and scalable financial outcomes.
Requirements
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business value
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, holding strong opinions loosely and valuing input from others
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and governance frameworks
Skills
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations affecting AI deployment (HIPAA, FDA, etc.)

- The base salary range for this position is $250,000 to $275,000.
- Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Traditional RCM processes often struggle with inefficiencies, costing providers up to 15% or more of their potential revenue.

Compensation

- The base salary range for this position is $250,000 to $275,000.
