About the role

Responsibilities
- As a Strategic Partnerships Associate, you will support market expansion by securing access to critical infrastructure, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving operational success in a highly regulated environment.
- You will develop strategic partnerships with public and private entities, navigate complex government processes, and ensure compliance while establishing access to high-value transportation hubs across Canada

- Identify, negotiate, and secure bus stop access agreements with private business partners to support and expand network operations
- Develop partnerships with businesses, Canadian transit agencies (e.g., Metrolinx, OC Transpo, Calgary Transit), and property owners to enhance station access and amenities

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate development, including work with Canadian government entities at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels
- 1+ years of project management experience with knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations (e.g., Transport Canada and provincial Ministries of Transportation) and public transit systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Working proficiency in French is not required, but would be an asset

Compensation
- $55,000 - $70,000 CAD
- Work from (M)Anywhere: Depending on your role, work from another location for up to 60 days per year.
