Responsibilities

  • Manage aspects of the quarterly and yearly physical inventory process.
  • Work with and support clinic teams in a consultative manner.
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize upstream process flow and downstream impacts of inventory purchasing data.
  • Assists in developing and documenting business processes.
  • Supports system testing for replacement, upgrades, and enhancements of related systems.
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams in own area of expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree -OR- 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience using Excel (intermediate).
  • he ideal candidate will also demonstrate:
  • Ability to learn and apply professional concepts.
  • Ability to use Outlook, Word, SharePoint (basic).
  • Demonstrates resilience and the ability to bounce back from confusing or difficult situations.
