About the role

- As part of our sustaining team, you will be involved in new process deployment and stabilization in partnership with production teams.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and identify areas for improvement both independently and cross-functionally.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on process performance and project statuses.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
