About the role

  • As a Senior Data Analyst, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data analysis projects for the RevolutionParts data platform.
  • You will function as a high-level individual contributor, collaborating directly with business leaders to influence the strategic direction of our data products.

Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Management: Own data projects from initial requirements gathering through to stakeholder delivery, ensuring 100% alignment with business KPIs.
  • Advanced Modeling: Develop complex SQL-based models and Python/R algorithms to extract insights from multifaceted eCommerce datasets (Sales, Payments, and Fulfillment).
  • Data Governance: Design and implement automated validation processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of the RevolutionParts data warehouse.
  • We build tools, products, and our people.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency (window functions, CTEs, query optimization).
  • Proven experience using DBT (Data Build Tool) for modular data modeling is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (CS, Data Analytics, Economics, or Math).
  • Technical Stack: * SQL Mastery: Expert-level proficiency (window functions, CTEs, query optimization).
  • Modeling: Proven experience using DBT (Data Build Tool) for modular data modeling is required.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis.
  • Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (MS/MBA) in a quantitative or business discipline.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MS/MBA) in a quantitative or business discipline.
  • Experience in digital marketing analytics or A/B testing methodologies.
  • Comfortable with command-line tools and Git-based workflows.
