- This job is responsible for daily operations and ensuring efficient and effective business processes.
- The scope of this job includes budgeting project plans and executing deliverables that improve business operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs and operating rhythms, ensuring execution clarity, on-time delivery, and proactive stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, and client teams.
- Design and implement operational frameworks that improve visibility into work, optimize resource allocation, and accelerate delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Partner across business units to standardize ways of working, improve handoffs, and reduce operational friction in complex, multi-team environments.
- Drive workforce planning and capacity management, aligning resourcing strategies to business priorities and forecasted demand.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- WellSky is looking for a Solutions Operations Manager to help scale how our Solutions organization delivers impact across the business.
- You will drive the programs, processes, and rhythms that keep teams aligned and moving forward, translating strategy into execution, improving how work gets done, and enabling faster, more predictable delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4-6 years relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.

- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
