With expertise in primary and specialty care, Nurse Practitioners play a vital role in improving health outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for patients.
This role is ideal for an APP experienced in managing chronic conditions, improving outcomes, and supporting population health initiatives through coordinated, proactive care.
Checks in with clients about test results and prognoses.

Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licenses in the state of Florida.
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the specialty is preferred.
National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited agency.
Master's in nursing required, Doctorate of Nursing preferred.
Two or more years of clinical experience as a nursing practitioner at a physician practice or in a hospital.
Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
Strong foundation in Primary Care (Internal Medicine and/or Family Medicine preferred)
Comfort managing medically complex, chronically ill patient populations.

Refers patients to specialists if necessary and analyzes medical records and reports.
Examines patients, including discussing medical history and symptoms and performing physicals.
