Responsibilities
- You'll own our AI-first transformation end to end, taking on the tools, workflows, and systems that let a two-to-three person team support a company our size without drowning in manual tickets.
- You'll build the automation, own the identity and access architecture, and make sure every employee has what they need to do their job from day one.
- What You'll Own
- Build and maintain automations across Claude, Notion, and Slackbot that cut manual IT work wherever it shows up.
- Own provisioning and de-provisioning across our SaaS stack, ensuring access is granted and revoked accurately and on time.
- Lead the Rippling integration for directory sync, using it to reliably determine manager, title, and department for every employee, so the right tech stack reaches the right person automatically.

Requirements
- 5-10 years in IT engineering, systems administration, or a similar hands-on IT role.
- Deep experience with Google Workspace administration at the org level.
- Experience managing an MDM platform (Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or similar) across multiple operating systems, with EDR.
- Experience with Serval, or comparable AI-powered IT support/automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Rippling, Deel, or similar HRIS platforms for provisioning and directory data.
- Scripting or automation experience (Bash, Python, PowerShell, n8n, Zapier, or similar).
- You must be AI-forward.
