About the role
- This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.
- Greet and assist customers with vehicle service needs, providing exceptional service at all times
Responsibilities
- Accurately document customer concerns, service history, and recommendations to ensure all needs are met
- Address customer concerns, answer questions, and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized workspace
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid minimum G2 Driver's License in Ontario with a clean driver's abstract is required.
- Must be available a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Evening availability is required.
