About the role
- You will be working around music everyday - all day.
- Check label copy to ensure cuts are recorded in ARROW system.
- Update internal systems with images and writer bios for the Nashville section.
Responsibilities
- Attend shows/writer rounds to support A&R initiatives and report back on talent and acts of interest.
- Provide support to Office Manager on internal/external events.

Nice to have
- You have… A baccalaureate degree with a major in business or a related field is preferred.
- One (1) to three (3) years of responsible administrative experience preferably in a music publishing or related business.
- Interest and knowledge of contemporary music and current music trends.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and execute on tasks and handle multiple, diverse assignments while producing quality work and being accountable.
- Ability to work well on a team.
- Demonstrate ability to be innovative and suggest change/improvements within scope of work.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and takes responsibility/ownership of tasks.
