Provide first-rate support for traders by resolving issues promptly, answering questions, relaying feature requests, and providing the best possible trading experience.
Troubleshoot complex trading system-related issues, log them into a ticketing system, and build a knowledge base to capture workarounds for future troubleshooting.
Recommend and implement improvements to technical support tools, procedures, and processes to reduce resolution time.
Build new tools to identify potential problems before they occur.
Keen interest in electronic trading or finance with a willingness to learn and support traders in a production environment.
Drive and desire to go above and beyond what is explicitly asked.

We are seeking a Trading System Support Analyst (TSSA) to join our team.
Our teams provide around-the-clock support to facilitate fast issue resolution for our traders.

Proven technical experience, including: scripting and troubleshooting using PowerShell, Python, SQL, or similar languages
knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Ability to accommodate on-call duties and cover alternate shifts when necessary.
Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and creatively solve problems.
The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with the skills to balance multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Bachelor's degree is required.
You will need proficiency in troubleshooting and information gathering to help peers and developers resolve complex issues.

Experience supporting and troubleshooting third-party software or proprietary trading systems is a plus.
