Responsibilities
- Build and maintain event registration sites, event websites, and mobile applications using Cvent.
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of event technology platforms, including Cvent and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Collaborate with event planners, marketing teams, and stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with event goals and objectives.
- Manage and analyze event data, producing reports and recommendations to improve future event outcomes.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and best practices across event platforms.
- Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- In this role, you will help manage event registration systems, websites, mobile apps, reporting, and technical support while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless event experiences.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in event technology, event management, and/or project coordination
- Minimum one year of experience in event technology administration, preferably utilizing Cvent.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse stakeholder
- Proven experience supporting technology-driven events and registration platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Forms, Lists, and Smartsheet.
- Occasional domestic and international travel required in support of events
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Cvent certifications strongly preferred (Event Management, Event Management Advanced, and/or Attendee Hub).
Compensation
- $69,177-$81,385 annually*
