- Examples of TRM Speed in this position
- Understands the importance of customer-facing incidents (if and when they occur). Is willing to push the boundaries of a simple work day if an incident arises to ensure the issue is mitigated. e.g. A customer incident starts around 4:45PM on a Thursday. Is able to engage, rally support, and manage resolution of the incident even when it bleeds into non-9-to-5 work time.
- Also understands that incident prevention is squarely in the control and ownership of engineering & DS leadership and correctly prioritizes the type of work to prevent customer incidents. "Project Zero" - prioritize high-quality, long-term fixes to incident issues.
- Effectively uses AI and self-driven investigation to understand the capabilities and boundaries of partner team infrastructure.
- The answer to "can we display a new type of swap" can be answered 100% by a savvy individual with help from AI.
- Used AI tools to rapidly solve a UI issue with same-chain-swaps signatures. When testing, we discovered the UI wasn't showing funds flow lines as expected. After initially considering pulling the product feature, or looping in product engineering and product management, I used Codex to identify the exact line of code causing the issue in an unfamiliar codebase. This allowed us to ask a targeted question to the right teams, resulting in a same-day fix.
