Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain extrusion equipment for processing polypropylene pellets
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment
Requirements
- Experience with quality inspection and lean manufacturing
- Familiarity with SAP and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) safety procedures

Nice to have
- 6 months experience as a machine operator, maintenance technician, or related military experience
- or an Associate's Degree in a relevant field
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment

Compensation
- Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles.
- Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $19.50 hourly.
