About the role
- Reporting to the Senior IT Project Manager, this role is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical strategy, and operational excellence.
- Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets; ensure alignment with business priorities
- Establish and track key milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle-from initiation and design through development, deployment, and stabilization
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, operations, and external partners
- Proactively identify risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Conduct feasibility, impact, and dependency assessments to support informed decision-making
- Facilitate governance forums, drive decisions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive project and technical documentation in alignment with organizational standards
- Support procurement processes, including vendor coordination and purchase order management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in IT project management, delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
Nice to have
- PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent is a plus
Skills
- Strong governance, risk management, and communication skills
