About the role
- The Director, Retirement Education & Financial Wellness spearheads impactful financial education and participant engagement for Mariner's retirement plan clients and individuals.
- Serving as a trusted guide, this individual addresses a variety of financial topics and identifies opportunities for participants to benefit from Mariner's broader advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders, consultants, and employer groups to design and execute initiatives improving participant engagement and plan utilization.
- Identify participant needs requiring specialized support and coordinate referrals to Mariner's wealth management or advisory professionals.
- Translate financial concepts into actionable recommendations to build participants' financial confidence and support their personal goals.
- Deliver exceptional service execution, responsiveness, and follow-through while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, communications, marketing, or a related discipline preferred
