About the role
- The Fire Sprinkler Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards, local fire codes, and company procedures.
- This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a professional customer-service mindset while representing the company in the field.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience inspecting, servicing, and repairing fire sprinkler systems.
- Nevada state fire marshal G card certification required.
- Working knowledge of NFPA 13, 14, 20, 25, and applicable local fire codes.
- Ability to diagnose system deficiencies, leaks, and performance issues.
- Experience completing inspection reports, deficiency lists, and service documentation accurately and on time.
- Ability to read and understand sprinkler drawings, riser diagrams, and system layouts.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical rooms, ceilings, and rooftops.
- Must be able to obtain a work card from LVMPD. (required)
