About the role

We give interns real-world experience, helping them grow through hands-on projects, mentorship, and collaboration.

Our Fall 2026 Internship Program will run from September 1st through December 18th and is 20 hours per week.

We create bespoke campaigns that deliver on clients' unique goals and follow through with exceptional execution.
And ideas that create growth.
Create and design print and digital materials Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to a deadline Retouch and manipulate images Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media Collaborate with the Creative Director and Graphic Design Manager to develop design concepts Receive feedback from the Creative Director and Graphic Design Manager and make necessary changes

This internship is an opportunity to understand small agency life in a way where you have more control.
The position will include internal and external projects where you can work on the Idea Peddler brand and real-world clients.

This internship is 20 hours per week and we'll need you in the office at least 80% of that time.
This is a great opportunity to gain professional experience, grow your network, and learn more about yourself and the industry.
Lastly, the Account Management internship has potential to turn into a full-time position with Idea Peddler based on timing, needs, and performance.
