Responsibilities

  • As a Project Manager, you will help plan, coordinate, and execute projects that support business priorities and team goals.
  • Your contributions will help improve efficiency, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and support successful project delivery.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, status reports, and documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on priorities, and support project deliverables.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and blockers; escalate appropriately and help drive resolution.
  • Support process improvements that increase consistency, efficiency, and visibility across projects.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with common productivity or project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • You are a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating across teams, and keeping projects moving forward.
  • You are skilled at bringing structure to complex work, identifying potential challenges, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Compensation

  • The starting salary range posted for this position is $95,000.00 to $120,400.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefi

  • Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time.
