Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of commerce and retail media projects from kickoff through launch.
- Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and task lists to ensure work stays on track.
- Partner with Account Management, Creative, and Media teams to plan deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Support product catalogue updates, creative refreshes, media campaigns, and Amazon Brand Store launches.
- Identify risks early and work with leads to find clear, practical solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and visibility.
- Partner with Sr. PM, Commerce to uphold department standards and best practices.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing digital, commerce, or marketing projects in an agency or brand setting.
- Hands-on experience coordinating Amazon or retail media campaigns preferred.
- Familiarity with creative production, media delivery, and content management workflows.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and budgeting.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Connect, and retail media workflows.
- Proficient in Asana, Google Suite, and reporting tools.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
Compensation
- Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate. The compensation range reflects base rate only.)
