Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience with minimum of 4 years proven manufacturing knowledge of precision mechatronics assemblies, or closely related work
Nice to have
- Assists in the set-up, alignment, & calibration of sophisticated test equipment and processes
- Assists in improving manufacturing processes!
- Ability to interpret technical drawings/procedures and use a variety of precision test & measurement equipment
- Previous hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, especially with precision motion control, optical-mechanical alignment, and system-level integration
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills to resolve technical challenges in manufacturing
- Must have good interpersonal skills and work in a collaborative manner

Compensation
- $28.85 - $49.04 Per Hour
