About the role

Requirements
- Experience driving high performance content and growth within a world class content company.
- Experience in VFX pipeline TD, look development, or compositing supervision - Comfort with rapid technology evolution learns new tools quickly, benchmarks quality, and translates for non-technical audiences.
- 8+ years in VFX production and VFX supervision show side and/or vendor
- Hands on and in-depth experience with AI tools for cinematic content production
- Demonstrated ability to take a technical workflow from R&D through to repeatable, production-ready implementation
- Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools for content creation (image generation, video generation, compositing)
- Experience in VFX pipeline TD, look development, or compositing supervision
- Comfort with rapid technology evolution learns new tools quickly, benchmarks quality, and translates for non-technical audiences
