- Provide additional support to the Customer Service team.

Requirements
- Ability to continuously operate a personal computer or lab equipment for extended periods of time (4 or more hours).
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.

Nice to have
- 3+ years Receptionist or Customer Service experience.
- Excellent professional, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- SAP or other CRM database experience a plus.
- Clean driving record to assist with courier team, when needed.
