About the role
- This role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and executing small shop and mid-shop transactions, while supporting broader portfolio leasing objectives under the direction of a Director or Senior Director of Real Estate.
- The Leasing Representative reports to a Director or Senior Director of Real Estate.
Responsibilities
- The Leasing Representative maintains individual ABR production responsibility and contributes meaningfully to overall portfolio performance.
- This role requires disciplined pipeline management, proactive prospecting, and strong cross-functional coordination to drive deal velocity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant professional experience
- 1-3+ years of commercial leasing, real estate, or B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close transactions
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong work ethic and performance-driven mindset
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Technology-curious mindset with willingness to leverage tools, data, and systems to enhance productivity
- The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of retail leasing fundamentals preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and digital marketing platforms preferred
Compensation
- This position is eligible for a base salary plus incentive compensation.
- An advance against incentive compensation will be in place in accordance with Company policy.
- The calculation of incentive compensation is governed by the Leasing Compensation Plan signed on an annual basis.
