About the role
- As we build the design function at Latent, You'll join a growing design function and own design end to end, from early problem framing through shipped product.
- You'll work directly with engineering, product, and customers to design enterprise software that makes complex clinical workflows feel simple.
Responsibilities

- Own the full design process from discovery through delivery for core product areas
- Enterprise & Workflow Design
- Design Foundations
- Establish design standards and processes that grow with the team
- Partner closely with engineering on implementation quality and handoffs
- We move fast, operate with high ownership, and build products that directly improve patient care.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products
- Background in startups or high-growth environments (seed to Series A)
- Technical fluency is a plus
- Uses AI tools in their workflow and is always looking for ways to move faster with them
- Ship products that directly improve patient access to life-saving medications
