About the role

  • As we build the design function at Latent, You'll join a growing design function and own design end to end, from early problem framing through shipped product.
  • You'll work directly with engineering, product, and customers to design enterprise software that makes complex clinical workflows feel simple.

Responsibilities

  • Establish design standards and processes that grow with the team
  • Partner closely with engineering on implementation quality and handoffs

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products
  • Background in startups or high-growth environments (seed to Series A)
  • Technical fluency is a plus
  • Uses AI tools in their workflow and is always looking for ways to move faster with them
  • Ship products that directly improve patient access to life-saving medications
