About the role

Keep Our Operations Running, Safely and Smoothly At Lineage, you'll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7.

Responsibilities

Support routine maintenance of facility infrastructure-lighting, plumbing, HVAC, dock doors, racking systems, and general building systems.
Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems to ensure reliable operation.
Perform preventive maintenance on Freon refrigeration systems, upholding strict safety and compliance standards.
Document maintenance activities and communicate updates to leadership.
Maintain a safe, organized workspace and support continuous improvement efforts.
We'll ask you for your opinion and ensure we do our part to keep you developing and engaged as we grow our business.
Qualifications · Prior hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, or building systems preferred.

Requirements

basic computer proficiency.
Universal EPA Certification required Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.

Nice to have

Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment and facility control systems.
2+ year of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (Freon).
Hands-on experience with freon refrigeration systems preferred.
Universal EPA Certification required Skilled with hand and power tools

Compensation

basic computer proficiency.
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold or warm environments (-20°F to 100°F).
