About the role

- You'll provide home-based therapy care for patients as directed by the attending physician.
Responsibilities
- Develop an individualized OT plan of care and make adjustments as needs change.
- Counsel patient and family on the disease/injury and how to manage in all phases of occupational therapy.
- Family Educator/Advocate: Counsel patient and family on the disease/injury and how to manage in all phases of occupational therapy.

Requirements

Nice to have
- Minimum one-year experience as a OT in an acute care setting.
- Home care experience preferred.

- Attention to detail is critical, as is being observant and following directions
- Occupational Therapist with a current license in the state of employment.
- Minimum one-year experience as a OT in an acute care setting. Home care experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
