- Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney (1-8 Years) Our strategically growing law firm is seeking a talented Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join our corporate practice.
- This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions for clients nationwide, alongside a collaborative team of experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute transaction strategies aligned with their business objectives;
- Assist in and manage all phases of M&A and investment transactions, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, drafting, execution, closing, and post-closing integration;
- Draft and negotiate definitive transaction documents, including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary agreements;
- Conduct and manage legal due diligence reviews and summarize findings for deal teams and clients;
- Experience drafting and negotiating transactional documents;

Nice to have
- 1-8 years of relevant experience in corporate transactions, with a strong interest in mergers and acquisitions;
- Admission to practice law in Nebraska, or current eligibility for admission;
- Experience with M&A due diligence processes;
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex legal concepts in both written and oral form;
- Ability to identify and analyze legal and business risks in transactional matters;
- Effective analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
