About the role

You will be accountable for ensuring hiring goals and deadlines are met, so that both HQ and camps are fully staffed on time and in alignment with company objectives.
You will act as a driving force for equity, employer brand excellence, and data-backed recruitment optimization across the entire organization.

We anticipate total compensation for this Full-Time, exempt position to be approximately $100,000 - $120,000, including base salary and variable compensation.
Exact compensation may vary and will be based on multiple factors, including geography and professional experience.
