Responsibilities
- Insightful Reporting: Deliver comprehensive executive reports for senior leadership, including summaries of key stories, industry trends, and potential reputational risks or opportunities.
- Collaborative Support: Partner with internal account teams to ensure insights align with client objectives and contribute to agency initiatives as needed.
- Flexibility to manage ad-hoc requests and deliver timely updates on high-priority matters.
- Deliver comprehensive executive reports for senior leadership, including summaries of key stories, industry trends, and potential reputational risks or opportunities.
- Partner with internal account teams to ensure insights align with client objectives and contribute to agency initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Command expertise and experience in media monitoring and social listening tools, such as CISION, Meltwater, Critical Mention, NewsWhip and Sprinklr.
- Possess an analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Showcase a high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Exemplify an ability to think outside the box and take the initiative upon themselves to solve problems as they arise.
Nice to have
- 1-4 years of experience in media monitoring, social listening, or PR is highly preferred.
