Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring successful project delivery within budget and on schedule
  • Plan, schedule, and manage resources for concurrent projects, teams, and deadlines
  • Develop innovative strategies to hit and exceed event goals
  • Collaborate seamlessly with all stakeholders (events team, vendors, etc.) to deliver exceptional events
  • Foster efficient information flow through clear and concise communication across all teams and partners

  • We focus on brand engagement and experiential experiences by providing strategic ideas, planning, and production in events, design, and technology.
  • This position requires deep technical knowledge, strong project management skills, and leadership skills to deliver flawless events in high-pressure environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Manage technical execution of production requirements from conception to execution, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as required.
  • The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with post-production software & processes, including video editing
  • Live event safety protocols
  • Union labor management knowledge
  • Proficiency in various platforms (MS Suite, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Outlook, databases, etc.)

Compensation

  • Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-170,000.00 annually.
