Responsibilities

  • Support technical setup including data imports, integrations, and system configuration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
  • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications and note taking during interviews.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, solutions engineering, or similar roles
  • The ideal candidate brings strong technical aptitude, experience working with SaaS platforms, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • You should be comfortable working with integrations, data flows, and system configurations, while also delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, or integration tools
  • Familiarity with data handling, SQL, or data pipelines
  • Experience with CRM or marketing platforms
  • Exposure to influencer marketing or creator economy tools
  • Strong ownership and hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Ability to bridge technical and business conversations
