Lead and develop Sonatus's global Talent Acquisition team across the US and Ireland.
Drive recruiting strategy and execution to support continued global growth across Engineering, AI, Product, Sales, and Operations.
Manage a high-performance recruiting function focused on quality, speed, scalability, and operational excellence.
Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to align hiring plans with company priorities and organizational growth.
Own and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, improve forecasting, and drive data-informed decisions.
Support and influence employer branding and talent market positioning globally, particularly within competitive AI talent markets.
You will lead and develop a growing global TA team, partner closely with leadership across the company, and help redefine how we attract and hire top talent at scale.

Strong experience hiring technical talent, particularly within Engineering and AI-related functions, with a deep understanding of highly competitive global talent markets.
Experience leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and next-gen recruiting tools to improve recruiting effectiveness and scalability.
Ability to operate effectively in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
Proven track record of delivering against ambitious hiring goals while maintaining a high bar for talent and candidate experience.
