the Fanatics platform, sports fans can buy licensed fan gear, jerseys, lifestyle and streetwear products, headwear, and hardgoods; collect physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets; and bet as the company builds its Sportsbook and iGaming platform. Responsibilities

Build the End-to-End Card Production Pipeline
Define and implement the card production workflow from concept through print-ready files.
Partner with engineering and product teams to determine what should be built internally vs. leveraged from existing capabilities.
Develop Internal Tools & Infrastructure
Work with technical teams to build or adapt systems for:
Own Print-Ready File Creation
Build workflows that minimize errors and ensure consistency across large card sets.
Experience building or managing production pipelines at scale.
Experience working with or alongside technical teams to build production tools or systems.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines deep production expertise with strong systems thinking, and understands how to balance precision, quality, and efficiency at scale.
Ensure all card files meet the technical specifications required for high-quality printing at scale.
8-12+ years of experience in print production, physical product development, or trading card/manufacturing environments.

Nice to have

Strong understanding of prepress, printing processes, and manufacturing workflows.
Experience with trading cards, tabletop games, or collectible products.
Familiarity with card and paper production systems and workflows.
