About the role
- Schedule: 8am to 4.30pm; Wednesday and Sunday off.
- Be the facility subject matter expert and make decisions with little guidance.
- Evaluate water and wastewater stream characteristics and be able to communicate observations verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Collect samples, perform laboratory analyses and interpret results for a variety of measurements following good lab practices.
- Maintain detailed logs and records of system performance, testing results, and rounds.
- Maintain, order and receive inventory including chemicals.
- Schedule / perform service and care for mechanical equipment according to preventive maintenance scheduling; Perform all PM's in a timely manner according to the PM schedule.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform required state/local permit reporting.
- Develop required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and routinely update procedures.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Maintain records and logs as required.
- Available for call-ins and required over-time to support critical situations.
Skills
- Intermediate computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, etc)
- Excellent troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to work well with people.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to Multi-task.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Compensation
- Other Mechanical Technician.

- $36.51 - $38.72 USD
