Responsibilities

  • Support the Studio Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing routines.
  • Partner with the Studio Manager and broader teams (member experience, revenue cycle) to support a seamless guest journey.
  • Oversee ordering of supplies, including Amazon shipments, and manage studio inventory.
  • Optimize provider scheduling to balance team efficiency and guest needs.
  • Drive patient (member) retention through outreach and follow-ups for unscheduled treatment.
  • Collaborate with the entire clinical and non-clinical team to ensure high-quality guest and team experiences.
  • Tend to Others: You create an environment where patients and teammates feel cared for, and you help the team succeed by driving meaningful results.
  • Be Brave Enough to Lead: You're not afraid to make decisions or take action when it's needed.
  • You coach, train, and support others so they can succeed.

Requirements

  • Maintain a strong understanding of insurance, schedule management, and treatment planning to support studio performance.
