About the role
- The Production Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of production employees, ensuring that production delivery, quality, and cost metrics are met.
- The Production Manager will focus on employee productivity, quality, safety, and training, typically supervising a team of 4+ Supervisors and 100+ production Talents.
Responsibilities
- Communicate overall priorities for the extended team to Team Leads based on:
- Manage/escalate issues impacting the extended team and communicate to:
- Matching gifts and volunteer programs to support causes you care about
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in high complexity technology manufacturing environment with experience in project management, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and new product introduction.
- 0-3+ years of leading and mentoring technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to simplify issues/direction and communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of employees.
- Ability to pull information together from numerous sources and consolidate it into a plan/direction for the organization.
