  • The base salary range for this position is between CAD $100,000 - $120,000.

Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Prepare and maintain financial schedules, comparative reports, working capital updates, fixed asset and intangible asset schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and subsidiary consolidation activities.
  • Manage intercompany accounting, transfer pricing support, tax-related transactions, legal accruals, audit requests, and supporting documentation across global entities.
  • Use AI tools to improve accounting processes, strengthen documentation, support variance analysis, reduce manual effort, and provide accounting guidance to Finance, Tax, Legal, PMO, and operational stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting accounting analysis, reconciliations, or reporting outcomes to Finance leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, or external partners.

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to support accounting operations across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions.
  • This role has broad ownership across month-end close, intercompany and transfer pricing, payment coordination, payroll-related accounting, rebate tracking, and audit support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting deliverables.
  • Experience working across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions with responsibility for reconciliations, reporting, or compliance-related activities.
  • Experience with intercompany accounting, transfer pricing support, tax-related entries, payment processing, and ERP/accounting systems in a complex business environment.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position is between CAD $100,000 - $120,000.
