Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support company priorities, business objectives, and ongoing initiatives
  • Support major company announcements, product launches, integration milestones, with thoughtful communication plans and supporting materials including talking points, emails, newsletters, press releases, and presentation materials
  • Project manage communications initiatives and requests, including creating project briefs, establishing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are properly reviewed
  • Help maintain consistent voice and tone across all communications on behalf of senior executives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex ideas into clear, digestible language
  • Support live and virtual team meetings with speaker notes, scripts, or other supporting materials as needed
  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance internal communications workflows, content development, personalization, and efficiency
  • Compass International Holdings is seeking a creative, passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Internal Communications Lead to support our Enterprise Communications team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus

Compensation

  • The base pay range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits.
  • Base pay is based on market location.
  • Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
  • Participation in our incentive programs (which may include eligible cash, equity, or commissions).
