About the role

  • Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Program manager will be responsible for championing a project from initiation through completion.
  • The program manager acts as the primary advocate for the project, facilitating decision-making and resolving escalated issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Governance & Oversight: Provide direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

Responsibilities

  • This role ensures the project aligns with strategic business objectives, secures necessary resources, and provides high-level guidance and support to the project team.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of high-level risks and issues.
  • Risk Management: Support the identification and mitigation of high-level risks and issues.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives related to the project and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in program administration/ management or related area.
  • 5 years of experience leading teams.
  • Proven experience in executive leadership, program management, or strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial oversight.
  • Availability to travel 10%

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Compensation

  • Job Posting Start Date 07-15-2026 Job Posting End Date 09-15-2026 The base pay range for this position is provided below.
  • $106,000.00 USD - $145,800.00 USD Annual
