About the role

- This team plays a critical role in inventory accuracy, material availability, and operational efficiency through the coordination of inbound and outbound material flow.
- This position is based at the Rice Creek facility and is an onsite role.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and coordinate resolution of shipment discrepancies with suppliers and internal business partners.
- Pick, stage, and deliver materials to support production schedules and operational requirements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation, material movement, and transaction processing.
- Follow all safety, quality, regulatory, and housekeeping requirements to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, distribution, inventory control, or material handling operations.
- Experience using inventory management, warehouse management, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to process material transactions.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in accordance with job requirements and established safety procedures.
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating work activities, delegating tasks, or providing day-to-day guidance to team members.
- Experience using SAP, FedEx Ship Manager, or other transportation management, shipping, or logistics systems.
- Experience working in a distribution center environment.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
