Responsibilities
- Develop systems that drive customer acquisition, activation, referral, and retention
- Optimize onboarding funnels and conversion flows
- Develop attribution systems and experimentation infrastructure
- Build referral, promo, and rewards systems
- Partner with marketing and operations teams on customer acquisition initiatives
- Support growth campaigns tied to real-world events and local activations
- Collaborate across engineering, product, marketing, analytics, and operations teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building customer-facing software systems
- Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role.
