About the role

  • This role is responsible for managing day-to-day execution across product harmonization workstreams, including SKU rationalization, supplier alignment, category standardization, product transition planning, and product data governance.

Requirements

  • Ability to clearly communicate information, ideas, project status, risks, and next steps in a way stakeholders can understand and act on
  • Ability to prepare clear documentation, status updates, meeting notes, action plans, and executive summaries
  • Ability to understand information, instructions, risks, and stakeholder concerns presented through meetings, discussions, and written communication
  • Ability to recognize when an issue is likely to occur or requires escalation before it becomes a larger concern.
  • Ability to apply general project management principles, business rules, and process guidelines to specific problems and determine practical solutions
  • He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional certification preferred
  • CAPM or equivalent project management training considered
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare status updates, meeting notes, action logs, and executive-ready summaries
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements in partnership with the Director of Product Harmonization and functional stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans that identify key activities, dependencies, task owners, milestones, timelines, and required resources

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, project management, data management, or a related field preferred
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred; CAPM or equivalent project management training considered
  • 2 to 3 years of project planning, project coordination, or project management experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, timelines, task owners, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Experience working with product data, databases, item files, or structured data sets preferred
