About the role

Responsibilities

  • $20.00 - $27.50 The duties of this position include managing customer QA document requests, by locating or creating the requested documents and working with QA to ensure a timely response to customers.
  • The Scientific Support Admin also evaluates scientific papers that cite use of products from Bio-Techne and enters relevant citations into the Reference Database.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
  • Manage customer QA document requests, by locating or creating the requested documents and working with QA to ensure a timely response to customers.
  • Track requests, keep SOPs updated, and maintain a working knowledge of Bio-techne products.
  • Support Technical Service applications, helping ensure system scalability, security, performance and reliability.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems of company products.
  • CRM database support in the form of entering new contacts and activities, and logging and tracking completion of QA document requests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including assisting other departments as needed.
  • Ability to work with a variety of computer applications and quickly apply these tools to fulfill the duties of the job with respect to communications, documentation, and customer support.

Nice to have

  • This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree, that included courses in the Biological Sciences, Biochemistry or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access is preferred.
