- You will be the builder who turns ideas into shipped, monitored tools: Claude plugins, skills, MCP connectors, and agents that replace SaaS spend and automate real work across every department.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship Claude plugins, skills, and MCP connectors (Python and TypeScript) that replace paid SaaS tools and automate work across the company
- Maintain and monitor the deployed fleet (MCP gateway connectors, plugin marketplace) and fix breakages quickly
- Partner directly with departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Support, Engineering) on time-boxed, embedded builds
- This approach helps us maintain the integrity of our hiring process, ensuring that we select the most qualified and genuine individuals to join our team.
- 3+ years building software with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
Skills

- Eligible candidates have worked successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth, SaaS start-up or scale-up.

- $130,000 - $145,000 USD
