About the role

Creative Lab is Ovative's in-house creative engine - built on our vision of modern making.
This is a role for a writer who loves language, sweats the details, and knows how to make complex stories sound simple, surprising, and fun.
We're also looking for a modern maker: someone who's as comfortable jamming on a big platform idea as they are writing social copy or using AI tools to push the work further, faster.

Lead creative development across campaigns and channels, partnering closely with strategists, art directors, and media teams to produce big ideas grounded in insights and elevated by bold execution.
Manage multiple projects at once, communicating proactively about timelines, risks, and trade-offs.
Put together, these elements help foster an environment where smart people can support each other in performing to their highest potential.

3+ years of copywriting experience in an agency, in-house creative team or brand environment.
Ability to translate strategy, data and complex information into simple, persuasive ideas and copy.
Familiarity with AI and generative tools in a creative context, and curiosity to keep experimenting as the tools evolve.

A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, storytelling and craft across digital and social channels.
Experience in performance or direct-response work is a plus.

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits.
The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.
Analyst positions, our compensation ranges from $75,000 to $93,000, which is inclusive of a 15% bonus.
