Responsibilities

  • This is a unique opportunity to drive global impact, advancing innovative therapies that support patients and families worldwide.
  • Support and oversee clinical trial activities as well as Life Cycle Management and Investigator Initiated Studies.
  • Drive publication strategy and scientific communications at a global level.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory, HEOR, and Market Access.
  • Build and engage global KOL networks, scientific societies, and advocacy groups.

Requirements

  • MD/DO with 10+ years combined clinical and pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
  • Proven experience supporting global launches and lifecycle strategy.
  • Strong track record in evidence generation and scientific engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders globally.

  • We are seeking a visionary Senior Director, Global Medical Affairs - Reproductive Medicine (RM) to shape our global medical strategy across one of Ferring's most critical therapeutic areas.
  • You will serve as a global medical and scientific lead, driving scientific excellence, ensuring cross-regional alignment, and strengthening Ferring's leadership in reproductive medicine.
  • You will play a leadership role in developing the global medical strategy for the RM portfolio, spanning pre-, peri-, and post-launch activities across key markets.
  • Define and execute the Global Medical Affairs strategy across U.S., EU, and International Markets.
  • Lead global medical launch planning and execution in partnership with regional teams.
  • Serve as the medical lead across commercialization and lifecycle management activities.
  • Support pipeline strategy and medical due diligence for business development opportunities.
